I booked this room extremely last minute due to an unexpected need. I have always had good experience with the Cambria franchise. The staff is always super accommodating and friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the hotel has small touches to your room that make it extra special. A great example is the built in blue tooth speaker in the bathroom mirror. A blue tooth speaker to utilize while we are getting ready is a small thing I often forget to bring on trips that I wish I had remembered. This feature is so fun and brightens up the atmosphere and experience. The rooms are also very spacious, beds are comfortable, and the environment feels very safe. I would’ve never thought about the hotel being right by the airport as you also never hear a plane. There is a lot of charging outlets and ports right near the bed, the room I chose had a very large couch. I also loved how the windows had 2 different shades, one with a little extra darkening effect. This gave the ability to make the room completely dark, which is helpful for those who have trouble sleeping otherwise. I also love taking naps midday as a reset so it was helpful for that as well. The showers and bathrooms had high quality toiletries, and was spacious. The facility as a whole was impressively clean! I am not sure if this is a practice that the franchise has started since my last stay at the downtown location in September of 2021 (I could also just not remember downtown doing it), or if it is unique to this location - however, someone (I am assuming the front desk employee) texted me a few minutes after check in a very friendly inquiry about if I found the room to be adequate and if I needed anything. I was texted again each day of my stay, all inquiries about my satisfaction with my room, stay, and if there was anything that I needed. I thought this was a small way to go above and beyond, make the guest feel special, and show great hospitality. Cambria Hotels are always my number one pick when traveling!

Cambria is a GEM. Communication with guests was spot on. We were communicated with prior to arrival and during our stay. The messaging system in place is great to prevent calling to the front desk staff for needs. They kept us in the loop regarding when housekeeping will stop by. Checked in halfway through our stay to make sure we were satisfied with our stay so far. Very clean hotel. Cambria has a bar, pool (shaped like a guitar; very neat, but only 4 ft deep; not deep enough for an adult to swim), in house restaurant, 4 floors (no balcony option). Room design was PERFECT (not your average); the bed was extremely comfortable and room was clean. Large flat-screen TV. The angle of the bed allowed you to view the outside window and TV (perfect). The blinds were well designed; easy to open and close. The bathroom (amazing)! The mirror has a built in Bluetooth system; allowing you to connect your phone to listen to music and stay connected while showering or getting ready. The shower was large with easy sliding door; very clean. The elevators were very quick and smooth. Parking was always available; safe location. Plenty of bars, restaurants and other tourist spots. Very close to BNA, but you will need a vehicle or be able to catch an Uber to move around in the city. Front desk staff very welcoming and overall nice; the housekeepers were very nice, helpful and constantly working; It shows! Hotel smells very clean upon entering. Only complaint was on 8/20, the front desk worker for overnight behaved a bit odd. He kept following us and kept a close eye when we were heading back and forth to laundry mat. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable; just an odd situation. But overall, our stay at Cambria was GREAT and we will be back if we visit Nashville in the future. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful stay!

I chose this "airport hotel" because our re-scheduled flight from Miami did not arrive until just before midnight, so it was after midnight before we exited the airport. Distances in the USA are greater than we are used to in the UK so, not surprising, the distance of the hotel from the airport was greater than we expected (but not that great to justify our taxi driver charging the standard airport to downtown hotel flat rate fee of $30!). Check-in was straightforward for that time of night but on reaching our room I found that I had lost the key to my suitcase, The check-in agent was (not surprisingly) unable to help, but next morning, on my way to Reception to ask for help with the locked suitcase, I came upon the hotel's handyman by chance. I regret to say that I did not ask his name but we had a wonderful conversation while he expertly removed the lock from my suitcase with grace and ease! The provision of this unusual service was matched by the Reception staff's willingness to help in any way they could for which I give them full marks. This included extending our check-out time for a very modest charge. Although this accommodation was chosen as a "stop-gap" to cope with nothing more than a late arrival overnight stay, if I had known how comfortable and pleasant our stay would be I would have made this my definitive accommodation for a trip to Nashville!

The Hotel surprised us in several aspects: 1. The hotel is located in a very calm and peaceful place, very close to the airport and with free parking. 2. The hotel is a 23-minute drive from the city center, but is very close to the Grand Ole Opry, Madame Tussaud’s at Opry Mills. 3. The room is very modern, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. 3. The bathroom is excellent, a very good size, with a great shower and a very technological mirror. 4. The hotel's restaurant is great! The staff are very polite and helpful and the restaurant staff were especially wonderful. I ordered chicken wings with ranch and it was just delicious, fresh, amazing seasoning. The best chicken wings I've ever had in my life. My husband ordered a hamburger and he liked it a lot. I ordered chicken wings downtown and it didn't even come close to the flavor I found at the hotel's chicken wings. Unforgettable. We will be compelled to stay at this hotel every time from now on.

When we approached the hotel, it was so beautiful, the glass, the chandeliers etc . The lobby is designed beautifully, with an impressive layout. We approached the front desk and met Mark. He was so welcoming, accommodating, and professional. He bent over backwards to make our visit wonderful! Every accommodation, and change he made happen for us, was with a joyful smile, and great attitude, even offering to do more for us to make our stay great! The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are unique, luxurious, and comfy. I also loved the welcome bags, nice touch! This was a great experience! I will make a point, not only return to this hotel when I am back in Nashville, because of our great experience, I will look for Cambria hotels when I visit other cities.
